A Super Cute Little Time Waster

I've been wanting a dog of my own for years and since moving to Redhouse Farm it has been possible, so when seeing Jesse Campbell's gorgeous but unknown puppies advertised, I decided to go and have a look...we ended up with the cutest little boy, Billy, who is a complete time waster, but totally adorable. It took a couple of weeks for Yaz's whippet Benji to get used to having a new friend, but now they adore each other.

When we weren't being totally distracted by the puppy, we did manage to get some XC schooling in at Boomerang Stables, with 7 horses between Yaz and I. They were all fantastic and super pleased to be back out doing something, although I did however take a nice tumble into the water when my first one didn't put his landing gear down...lesson learnt, always take spare breeches!

And then it snowed...again...and a lot! I got a gold star for driving 7 miles on the quad bike to pick Yaz up after she was stranded due to a crash from the snow, but other than that, we were totally unimpressed by all the white stuff!
